We are very satisfied with the service from Dunmar from the beginning to the end. The salesman in Richmond brought us as many boxes as we needed on the days he said that he would. Our driver was EXCELLENT. He was very professional and very careful with loading and unloading our furnishings. I was extremely pleased with you guys. We had the unfortunate situation of not knowing whether we would be able to deliver our items right away or have to store them for two nights at an added cost. Your guys (Sal, and Mark)called their supervisor and got everything straight so that we could get our items that same afternoon. They were nice enough to take the time out of their day and sit with the items on their truck so that we could have them on the same day. Unbelievable service from their end! We had a day that nearly ended terribly end perfectly because of Dunmar alone. Thanks again!

The packers, Meredith, Francis and Joe Burnham arrived at my residence to pack my belongings and they were fantastic. They were very courteous and professional and paid careful attention to detail. The loaders: Tray Alexander, Garry Murry, Roger Roscoe, Joe Burnham, Nick White and Eric Bolden arrived and they too were very professional. All my belonging were packed and loaded with care. All my questions and concerns were addressed to my satisfaction. I am very pleased with the service I received from Dunmar because of the two teams that worked on my house hold goods. Every single person involved with this move was outstanding. (I was in the military and have moved 19 times.) From Mr Mike Tate, whose wise diplomacy and tact were essential in dealing with an anxious elderly person, to Ms. Robin in the office (super communications and speed), to the totally professional, nice, resourceful and clever movers who delivered, Mr Miller and Mr Cecil, the move was 100% outstanding. They dealt with heavy, fragile antiques in a challenging household. These people are absolutely the best I have ever seen. Thank you!
