No Sharing of SMS Opt-In Data

SMS opt-in information is used only by Dunmar Moving Systems and by service providers acting on our behalf solely to deliver the services and communications requested.

Verbal Consent Process

When consent is captured by phone, the Dunmar representative or AI voice agent reads the required SMS consent disclosure, asks for permission to send SMS messages, and records the customer’s consent decision. Consent records may include the date and time of consent, the phone number, the consent status, and a reference to the call recording or form submission.
