Moving during any time of the year can be a huge stress in your life. That is something that we totally understand! However, moving during the cold and flu season may be one of the reasons that you end up coming down with these illnesses. Why is that? 1. Be certain that you are taking care of yourself! While packing, you may be tempted to work long into the night, get a few hours of sleep, go to work and do this all over again. However, not getting enough sleep during this season can be one of the ways to increase your chances of dealing with the cold and flu!

Instead of eating a healthy meal, they grab a piece of cake or candy to hold them over. Not eating healthy during the cold and flu season is not going to help you avoid getting this.
